Moving to the suburbs was a giant leap for our growing family. So many decisions to make. We lucked out finding Griffin Harvey Group. Not only did they find us a house we love, they gave us so many resources to make the transition seamless.

Griffin Harvey Group got us the highest price per square foot for all of Glen Ellyn for the entire year. What more could you ask for? Oh, they sold it pre-market, thorough their connections-which meant no showings for our busy family!

When we decided to list our home, we envisioned a lengthy process. The market conditions were tough and inventory high. Much to our surprise, Griffin Harvey Group quickly got us an offer for our asking price.  We are so thankful for their expertise and can't recommend their services enough.

They're the best ever. They took the stress out of selling out of selling our home. I completely recommend.  They incentivized agents and buyers and were willing to go over and beyond the call of duty to make sure our house sold.

I have worked with Stacey & Lindsey multiple times. Most recently, they got us the highest price per square foot for the year in Glen Ellyn. Can't beat that!

Stacey and Lindsey are an incredible team and they worked with all parties seamlessly, giving us full confidence in their representation. Most importantly, we appreciated how genuinely kind and supportive they were throughout the home buying process. They recognized the importance of this decision to our family and gave steady assurance that we would find the perfect fit--and sure enough, we did!

Stacey & Lindsey have been such an asset with my investment properties. Their knowledge of the local area-what’s a good deal, what’s overpriced and all of the insider insights have been just invaluable. We’ve worked together on multiple properties and continue to do so.

We listed our home during a slow time. Hiring Stacey & Lindsey was a godsend-they used their connections in the community to find us a buyer quickly and for asking price.
